How our AI Strategy
Sprint works.

A structured 4–6 week engagement that takes your organisation from AI experimentation to a board-approved, ethics-aligned, production-ready strategy. Every phase, every output, every governance checkpoint explained.

What is the AI Strategy Sprint?

The AI Strategy Sprint builds on the AI Readiness Audit — taking the compliance baseline and gap analysis and turning it into a complete, board-ready AI strategy. If you proceed from an Audit, the Audit fee is credited in full. If you start fresh, we begin with an accelerated discovery phase.

Every output is calibrated to Australia's Privacy Act 1988, 8 AI Ethics Principles, and applicable APRA/ASIC obligations. The Sprint doesn't just produce documents — it produces decisions, governance structure, and a production-ready path to your first AI deployment.

A
Phase A — Discovery & AI Maturity Baseline
We build your full AI system inventory and maturity baseline. Up to 12 stakeholder interviews across business, IT, legal, and compliance. We document the current AI landscape, identify regulatory exposures, and establish the governance gaps the Sprint will resolve.
AI system inventory completed (all tools, embedded AI)
Stakeholder interviews (up to 12 across all functions)
Privacy Act ADM obligations mapped
5-domain maturity scorecard produced
Existing documentation catalogue reviewed
Risk level assessed per system (AU Ethics Principles)

Phase B — Ethics, Governance & Compliance Framework
We build your AI governance architecture. This is the foundation that makes every future AI deployment defensible. It maps your obligations, assigns accountability, and produces the policy documentation your board and regulators expect to see.
All 8 AU Ethics Principles mapped to your AI systems
AI governance structure defined (roles, accountability)
AI Use Policy drafted and reviewed
ADM disclosure notice drafted (Dec 2026 compliance)
AI Model Risk Register established
Vendor due diligence framework produced

Phase C — Use Case Identification & Business Case Development
We identify and score your top AI use cases against a six-dimension matrix: ROI potential, data readiness, technical feasibility, regulatory risk, time to value, and strategic fit. The top 3–5 receive full business cases with AUD ROI projections, payback periods, and build/buy/partner recommendations.

Phase D — AI Strategy Document & Board Presentation
We synthesise everything into a board-ready AI strategy and a 30-slide presentation your executives can take directly to the board. This phase also includes the executive strategy workshop — a half-day facilitated session to align your leadership team on AI direction, governance, and investment priorities.
Board-ready AI Strategy Document (PDF + Word)
30-slide board presentation (editable PPTX)
