Ironclad Equity Pty Ltd (ABN 79 683 225 854), trading as Blamphs AI ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, hold, and disclose your personal information in connection with our website (blamphs.ai) and our AI governance consulting services.

By accessing our website or engaging our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information you provide directly when you:

• Submit the free AI Compliance Health Check form (name, email, company, role, sector, staff count, AI tools used, concerns)
• Submit a contact or general enquiry form
• Download a resource or lead magnet (e.g. the AU AI Compliance Checklist)
• Engage us for consulting services under a signed Service Agreement
• Correspond with us by email or phone

We also collect non-identifying technical information including IP country, browser type, device type, and referring URL for security and analytics purposes. This information does not identify you personally.

2. How we use your personal information

We use your personal information to:

• Schedule and conduct your AU AI Compliance Health Check
• Respond to your enquiries and provide information about our services
• Deliver the consulting services you have engaged us to provide
• Send you resources, tools, or materials you have requested
• Send you AI governance updates and resources where you have opted in
• Improve our website, services, and communications
• Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations
• Manage our business operations including invoicing and record-keeping

We process sensitive information (such as information about your business's AI systems and compliance posture) only where necessary to deliver our services to you under your instructions.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your personal information to:

• Service providers who assist us in delivering our services (under confidentiality agreements)
• Our email service provider (Resend) for the purpose of sending transactional emails — transient processing only
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, where necessary
• Regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required or authorised by law

We do not disclose your personal information to any overseas recipients. All service providers used by Ironclad Equity are contractually bound to handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

5. AI and automated processing

Ironclad Equity does not use automated decision-making systems that make decisions affecting your legal rights or interests based solely on automated processing of your personal information. We do not use your personal information to train, fine-tune, or benchmark any AI model without your explicit written consent.

6. How we hold your personal information

Personal information collected through blamphs.ai is held securely using industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to deliver our services, comply with our legal obligations, and resolve any disputes. When personal information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it securely.

7. Cookies and website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on our website. This analytics service does not use cookies, does not set tracking pixels, and does not track individuals across websites or sessions. No cookie consent banner is required for our analytics implementation. We do not use advertising networks, remarketing cookies, or third-party tracking technologies.

8. Your rights under the Privacy Act 1988

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you (APP 12)
• Request correction of personal information that is inaccurate, out-of-date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading (APP 13)
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal obligations
